CALL CENTER SALES MANAGER

Key responsibilities:

• Processing of web, phone and email requests
• Working only in B2C (Business-to-Consumer)
• Communication with customers regarding company services and products
• CRM data entry

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented thinking
• Enthusiasm and strong sense of curiosity
