Call Center Operator

Work schedule – full time or by shifts:

  • morning shift 09:00-21:00
  • evening shift 13:00-01:00

Your responsibilities:

  • handling incoming calls and advising clients
  • providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders
  • sale of company services and registration of new reservations

If you have:

  • very good knowledge of Russian and English
  • the ability not to get confused and to cope with stressful situations with a smile on the phone
  • positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone
  • high responsibility and accuracy
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • customer focus
  • sales experience in the B2C sector will be considered as an advantage
