FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure effective financial operations oversight: revenue recognition, accounts receivable/payable, payment processing systems, expense tracking, etc.
  • Participate in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and budget reviews.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and conduct financial analysis of the company’s operations.
  • Monitor compliance with financial standards.
  • Maintain and update company financial procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective information exchange and achievement of company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or audit. Experience in a Big4 firm is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to navigate regulatory acts.
  • Great Excel skills. Knowledge of other analytical tools, Navision or other accounting software is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at various levels.
  • You are a self-starter and able to work both independently and in teams.
  • ACCA or similar qualification is a plus.
