BUSINESS ANALYST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, or mockups where needed
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or equivalent
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
