BUSINESS ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze the company’s transaction flow, gather and analyze information from various perspectives
Explore new market opportunities that support the business strategy and foster company growth
Lead business process digitalization and automation projects
Conduct detailed research, analysis, and description of business processes
Conduct exploration of stakeholders’ needs and process flows, define business requirements
Monitor industry trends on an international scale, analyze market participants’ activities, and formulate conclusions
Conduct market research and analysis, analyze and optimize the company’s offered services to promote improvements and innovations
Prepare various content reports upon request

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business management
3-5 years of successful prior experience as a business analyst
Experience working with SQL
Precision, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large volumes of information, systematize, and analyze it
Capability to comprehend the flow of business processes, their interconnections, and delve into details
High sense of responsibility, excellent collaboration, and communication skills
Experience in e-commerce would be considered an advantage

Monthly base salary up to EUR 1800-2300 gross and a commission based on the results
