CALL CENTER OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming calls and advising clients
  • Providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders
  • Sale of company services and registration of new reservations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • The ability not to get confused and to cope with stressful situations with a smile on the phone
  • Positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work shifts:

  • morning shift 09:00-21:00
  • evening shift 13:00-01:00
