CALL CENTER OPERATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming calls and advising clients
- Providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders
- Sale of company services and registration of new reservations
REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of English
- The ability not to get confused and to cope with stressful situations with a smile on the phone
- Positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work shifts:
- morning shift 09:00-21:00
- evening shift 13:00-01:00
