DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role ensures that campaigns, launches, and strategic marketing projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives and performance KPIs. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team ensuring structure, transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence across multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Support internal marketing initiatives and ensure structured execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, CRM, and external partners.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, deadlines, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear documentation and follow-ups.
Campaign & Channel Oversight
- Oversee execution across digital channels (Paid Search, Meta, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Metasearch, etc.).
- Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks are implemented.
- Monitor campaign launch readiness and quality assurance processes.
Budget & Resource Management
- Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor vendor and agency performance where applicable.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved financial frameworks.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign results against objectives.
- Identify bottlenecks impacting delivery timelines or performance.
- Prepare structured status reports for leadership.
Process Improvement
- Optimize workflows and marketing project management frameworks.
- Improve documentation standards and internal communication.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve team productivity and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or marketing operations.
- Extensive experience working with digital channels (Paid Search, Meta, SEO, CRM, Affiliate, Metasearch).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Experienced working with marketing analytics tools, such as, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 and similar.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Execute a proactive approach to work and initiatives.
- Fluent English.
