JUNIOR EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create content for targeted, relevant, and compelling email communications
Assist Senior Email Manager and provide support in tasks
Manage email service provider relationships
Assist with planning and designing different email automation workflows
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors
Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our newsletters
Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign
Segmenting email lists to optimize campaign performance
Planning and development of campaigns for our Email and Push Notifications channel
Generate ideas for email marketing campaigns

Previous experience in an email marketing role for an e-commerce brand or an Email Marketing Agency
Knowledge and aptitude in using marketing technology and tools, including Google Analytics, data visualizations, most popular email vendors (Mailchimp, Emarsys, GetResponse)
Skill in A/B testing strategies, multivariate email deployment, and a strong understanding of segmentation strategies for B2C e-commerce marketing.
HTML coding knowledge will be a great advantage
Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to interpret email marketing metrics and optimize campaigns
Accuracy in managing email lists, schedules, and content, following check-up list
Ability to come up with creative ideas, develop email campaigns and promotions
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, and managers
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies
Understanding the target audience and tailoring email content to meet customer needs and preferences
Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions
Proficiency in the English language

Monthly base salary up to EUR 1500 gross and a commission based on the results
