META CHANNELS DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (Kayak, Skyscanner, Other Metasearch & Travel Broker Platforms)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Meta Channels Digital Marketing Manager.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Meta Channels Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance across global travel metasearch platforms such as Kayak, Skyscanner, and other travel broker channels. This role is focused on driving high-quality traffic, maximizing conversion rates, and ensuring profitable revenue growth through bid optimization, rate competitiveness, and strategic inventory positioning. You will directly influence revenue performance across multiple markets by balancing volume, margin, and supplier competitiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Management

  • Manage daily performance across metasearch platforms (Kayak, Skyscanner, and others).
  • Monitor bids, CPC levels, impression share, and position competitiveness.
  • Optimize traffic allocation based on margin and profitability targets.
  • Control budgets across markets and ensure sustainable growth.

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze CPC, CPA, conversion rate, booking value, and net revenue.
  • Adjust bidding strategies to balance volume and margin.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure price competitiveness.
  • Identify underperforming markets and implement corrective strategies.
  • Conduct product-level and supplier-level analysis to optimize inventory exposure.

Data & Reporting

  • Monitor traffic quality and booking funnel performance.
  • Analyze discrepancies between metasearch click data and internal tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Analytics team to improve attribution and reporting accuracy.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop market-specific growth strategies.
  • Test new bidding models and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify new metasearch platforms and broker traffic sources.
  • Support negotiations with meta partners regarding commercial terms and CPC models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Pricing, Revenue Management, Product, and Partnerships teams.
  • Align supplier competitiveness with meta performance objectives.
  • Coordinate bidding and pricing adjustments during campaigns, promotions, and peak seasons.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in metasearch, travel performance marketing, or similar CPC-driven acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of CPC models, bidding mechanics, and auction dynamics.
  • Experience working with Kayak, Skyscanner, or other travel aggregators.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate traffic quality, margin, and funnel performance.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance dashboards.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (BI tools are a plus).
  • Understanding of revenue management principles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to balance volume growth with profitability targets.
  • Fluent English.
